Launch-readiness checklist for a first offer
Use this checklist before you ask anyone to buy. It is not a scorecard and it cannot predict a result; it is a calm way to spot the next important gap before you launch.
- 1
Offer clarity
Can a reader tell who this is for, what they receive, what it costs, and what is not included?
- 2
Buyer understanding
Have you listened to people with the relevant problem and recorded the words they use to describe it?
- 3
Page and invitation
Does your page make one clear promise, explain the process, and invite one appropriate next action?
- 4
Delivery readiness
Can you deliver the first version on time with the tools, files, and boundaries you have today?
- 5
Learning loop
Do you know how you will collect questions, objections, and feedback after someone sees the offer?
Use this before your next move
- My offer fits in one clear sentence.
- The buyer, scope, price, and next action are visible.
- I have spoken with or observed people facing this problem.
- The landing page works on a phone and has one primary action.
- I can deliver the current version without inventing a system I do not have.
- I have an honest reply ready for common questions.
- I know the next small group I will invite.
- I have a review time scheduled after the launch.
